Not investment advice

StoxGud provides stock market data and rules-based analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the site — including checklist scores, "bullish/neutral/bearish setup" labels, screens, comparisons and market summaries — is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. StoxGud is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Investing in securities involves risk, including loss of capital. Do your own research and consult a SEBI-registered adviser before making investment decisions.

Data accuracy

Market data comes from public third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is provided "as is" without any warranty. Verify anything important with your broker or the exchange before relying on it.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site; don't use automated tools to download data in bulk; and don't use the site for anything unlawful.

Content

The site's design, text and analysis are owned by StoxGud. You may share links and short quotes with attribution, but please don't republish substantial parts of the site without permission.

Learn

Lessons on Learn are educational material, not investment advice; the quizzes are for your own practice.

Reviews and your journal

If you write a review, it must be your own honest experience of StoxGud. Don't claim specific trading profits or returns, don't include links, and don't impersonate anyone. We check reviews before publishing and may decline or remove any that break these rules; we don't edit what you write. You let us show your published review (with the display name, role and city you chose) on StoxGud until you withdraw it. Your trading journal is private to you and is a record-keeping tool only: its figures are calculated from what you enter and are not tax, accounting or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoxGud is not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its data.

Paid subscriptions

Live Flow, the Trading Journal and the member Home require a paid plan, Pro (monthly) or Premium (yearly); their prices and what they include are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; cancellations and refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy. A paid plan gives access to additional tools and data — it is not investment advice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
