Not investment advice
StoxGud provides market data, rules-based analysis and educational content for information only. Nothing on the site — including Live Flow's boards, scores, conviction dots, "bullish"/"bearish" labels, support, buy/sell zones, targets and R:R figures, sector readings, blog posts and examples — is investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative.
A stock near the top of a Live Flow board has moved strongly so far in the session by our formula. That does not mean it will keep moving, or that you should trade it. Levels such as "Support 1" or "Target 1" are prices taken from the day's data by fixed rules; they are not price targets or stop-loss advice.
Not registered with SEBI
StoxGud is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. We do not assess your finances or risk profile and do not manage money. For advice that suits your circumstances, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
Trading is risky
Trading in equities, futures and options carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains: in futures you can lose more than your margin, and options can expire worthless. Intraday trading adds fast moves, gaps, slippage and thin liquidity. SEBI's own studies of individual F&O traders found:
- FY 2021-22 — SEBI's study of January 2023 found that 89% of individual traders in equity F&O lost money (9 out of 10).
- FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24 — SEBI's updated study (press release of 23 September 2024) found that 93% of over 1 crore individual F&O traders made losses, averaging about ₹2 lakh per trader including transaction costs, and that their aggregate losses exceeded ₹1.8 lakh crore over the three years.
- FY 2025-26 — SEBI's study of August 2026 (Profitability of Individual Traders in the Equity Derivatives Segment, FY25–FY26) found that 87.7% of individual traders were loss-makers (90.9% in FY25), that their aggregate net losses were ₹91,685 crore, and that the average loss among loss-makers was ₹1.47 lakh. Options accounted for 92% of individuals' losses.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose, size every position so one loss cannot hurt you badly, and never trade with borrowed money.
Data can be late or wrong
Live Flow's prices come from third-party market-data providers, not a direct exchange feed. They can be delayed behind the exchange, incomplete, or occasionally wrong, and every score and level calculated from them inherits those errors. The service can also be unavailable. Always check prices and levels with your broker before placing an order. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of anything on the site.
The past is not a prediction
Live Flow describes the session so far. Examples on the site, including the worked example on our homepage taken from a real session, illustrate how to read the screen; they are not a track record, and nothing on StoxGud shows or implies that following it makes money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Your decisions are yours
You alone decide whether, what and how much to trade, and when to exit. You are responsible for your orders, margins and taxes.
